Technical information:

The Elvas chair features a stable base constructed entirely of tubular design, fully upholstered in the same furniture fabric as the seat and backrest. The construction provides a solid foundation and makes the chair suitable for daily use. Thanks to its design, the chair is stackable, making it practical for compact or flexibly arranged spaces. The upholstery is from the brand OTE. They develop fabrics made from recycled polyester (made from PET bottles) with which they contribute to sustainability and the reduction of plastic waste. These fabrics are safe and healthy: OEKO-TEX® certified, free from harmful substances, and comply with EU regulations regarding chemicals (REACH). They are BSCI registered; in short, this means that the manufacturer must meet requirements regarding working conditions, safety, fair wages, a ban on child labor, and environmental protection.

Care information:

The OTE fabric upholstery can be cleaned with a soft brush or a slightly damp cloth. Avoid excessive water and do not use harsh cleaning agents or solvents. For stains, it is recommended to remove them immediately with a mild, non-abrasive cleaning product. The fully upholstered base can be maintained in the same way. Abrasive products or strong chemicals are not recommended to preserve the fabric quality and colorfastness.
